Non-refundable 1 night's fee is required upon reserving your room. If your credit card declines your reservation will be canceled.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel your reservation your deposit will not be refunded.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

Hotel guests may check in for reservations beginning at 4:00 PM on the scheduled date of arrival. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM on the scheduled date of departure. The hotel does not guarantee early check-in or late check-out. Any requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made before the group’s arrival.

CUT OFF DATE TO RESERVE ROOM:

June 23, 2026, before 11:59 PM

If you would like to reserve a room a day before or a day after the reunion assigned dates, you must CALL the hotel and make your reservation.

If you need handicap or mobility accessible rooms, you will need to call the hotel and make your request under our room block for those accommodations.
